Favorite Picture

This is my favorite photo because I remember that we were all laughing when I took this. I also liked that I caught them both off guard. It was one of the funnest photo shoots we had, and we had a really great time.

Best Picture

I would say that this is my best photo of the year. I used depth of field but also kept it simple at the same time. The camera is focused on only him and his shoe. The picture also came out very clean and clear.

3 best

These are my best pictures because I successfully used my favorite rule; the rule of thirds. I also used other rules I like such as getting close and keeping it simple. The lighting also helped me take good pictures, because it showed different types of shades.

F/64 Group - Edward Weston

Edward Weston inspired me to take these pictures with his landscape photography. He mainly took pictures of mountains, but since we have no mountains to take pictures of at the school, I decided to take pictures of the trees and plants. Edward Weston took pictures like this as well, but not as often. I tried to imitate his works, but I do not think I did that good of a job.
